Driven by a passion for coconuts and the conviction that Thai ingredients could compete on the global stage, Lapat transformed her vision into reality. Drawing on her education at the London School of Economics (LSE), she infused Putta Organic with strategic business know-how, creativity, and brand strategy, touching everything from recipe and packaging design to customer experience.
Leaving a successful career at PepsiCo, where she learned the vital connection between good products and great branding, Chatchaya Uthaisri returned home to the world of coconuts. Her initial curiosity about putting Thai ingredients on the global map blossomed into Putta Organic, a brand synonymous with simplicity, care, and happiness. Chatchaya’s goal is clear: to prove that Thai craftsmanship and creativity belong on the global stage, one dessert at a time.
